CHEMOALLOY Zinc alloys

Zinc/Iron

CHEMOALLOY Fe is a process providing satin-gloss to mirror-bright layers from a cyanide-free alkaline zinc-iron electrolyte. The deposited highly corrosion-resistant zinc-iron layers contain 0.1 – 0.8% iron.

Zinc/nickel

CHEMOALLOY Ni T is an alkaline zinc-nickel process with an even nickel integration rate of 12-15% over the complete current density area. CHEMOALLOY Ni T has an excellent efficiency. The formation of disturbing degradation products is reduced to a minimum by the use of additives of the latest state of the art. The process is exceedingly stable and especially suitable for barrel application. The deposited layers comply with all current requirements from automotive industry.

CHEMOALLOY Ni G is an alkaline zink-nickel alloy process with an even nickel integration rate of 12-15% for highest requirements in corrosion protection. The electrolyte convinces by stable operation high applicable current densities and an exceedingly good metal distribution. The deposited alloy layers comply with all current requirements from automotive industry. CHEMOALLOY Ni G is especially suitable for rack application.

CHEMOACID Ni is a weak acid, ammonium-free zinc-nickel process with an even nickel integration rate of 12-15%. It convinces by stable operation high efficiency and very good wet-chemical infection on cast iron and hardened steel substrates. The deposited layers appear satin-gloss to mirror-bright and are well deformable due to their good ductility. CHEMOACID Ni is suitable for both barrel and rack application.
